Orah Lavid makes small capsule collections of outerwear. Each garment is dreamed, designed and sewn by her in her tiny studio in Turin, Italy.
Working with sustainably sourced textiles and with infinite passion, Orah makes clothes that last, with the most careful attention to the little details that make each garment unique, often doing the finishing touches by hand.

The motivation and purpose behind her work is to create distinctive designs that integrate seamlessly with everyday life, while including unique features inspired by vintage workwear and historic menswear, that quietly stand out, that tell a story of craft.

Orah graduated in Fashion Design at IED Milan in 2023, specializing in pattern- making. Her fascination with historical menswear and tailoring led her to apprentice for several tailors in Turin after her graduation, and deepen her understanding of garment construction and pattern-cutting.
Prior to working on her first collection in 2025, she has freelanced as a dressmaker working for local artisans and created hats using upcycled materials which she has been selling online and in local markets.

Orah prioritizes sustainability in her work, not as a slogan, but as in keeping with the unmistakable reality of the world we live in.
As an artisan and as a human being, she is committed to producing in a way that respects our planet and marginalized people, and collaborating with brands that share these values.
