My docker caps were born from a wish to find a use for multiple second-hand wool skirts that fell to my lot. The textile were exquisite- 100% wool tartans and solids that I knew I could revive with a little bit of the right treatment.
After seeing how the first batch sold in local markets in Turin, I decided to pursue a second and third collection.
Each cap is made by me from upcycled materials or textile 'waste'. They are lined with breathable materials and feature a hidden elastic draw-string at the back to fit snugly.
They come in a range of sizes- from 52cm to 68cm in diameter.
It is a dream of mine to collaborate with another design studio in making caps from their off-cuts, completing their own collection with matching caps.
